Coke film

Coke Happiness Factory
Coke Happiness Factory

''The Coca-Cola Kid'' is on surest ground at moments like this, when its touch remains relatively light. The Thirst Industry THE COCA-COLA KID, directed by Dusan Makavejev; screenplay by Frank Moorhouse, based on his stories in ''The Americans, Baby'' and ''The Electrical Experience''; director of photography, Dean Semler; edited by John Scott; produced by David Roe; released by Cinecom International Films/Film Gallery.
It's also notable for the presence of Greta Scacchi, a gorgeous leading lady (who appeared in the flashback sequences of ''Heat and Dust'') whose function here is, inexplicably, to follow Mr. Roberts around. He, with blond hair, an uneven drawl and an overbearing manner for his role as the troubleshooter Becker, hardly seems to warrant this kind of persistence.
